GeneDenim's logo design process
We try to explore styles that complement past concepts. We started the design by experimenting with typography, from very different fonts and weights, combining them with interesting lines or shapes to create a unique logo and can communicate the identity of the brand as clearly as possible.

Design principle
Primary Logo
The logo embodies the perfect combination of confidence and femininity. The design use the art nouveau style font, symbolizing the brand's commitment to artistry and high craftsmanship. The details and artful approach used in this design reflect our pride and dedication in creating a work of art for every customer. The use of art nouveau not only showcases the level of detail and care that goes into each piece, but also demonstrates our commitment to providing the highest quality products to our customers.

Color Theory
The blue tone color chosen for is called ‘Grotte Blue’ , which represent touch of freshness and modernity.
This particular shade of blue is versatile and can be overlaid on top of the jeans fabric without being overshadowed by the jean color. It also conveys a sense of originality, which aligns with the brand's story of handcrafted denim. Additionally, the logo incorporates a lighter shade of blue, known as baby blue, to add a touch of liveliness to the design. Overall, this color palette represents the brand's confidence, energy, and originality.

Different font styles both weight and width represents diversity and helps the brand look creative Suitable for the brand's character.

Inner-Pocket
Fabric pattern from logo. We design a new layout to make it looks more fresh. It's a small designed hint that we secretly put in the product. People may not notice at the first time, but it is a design point that was designed with care.

Icons
The icons are designed under the concept of "Gene Denim Daily Life Stickers". They are stickers that can be applied in a variety of ways. and convey the brand's identity, such as their white signature shorts or lifestyle icons such as dumbbells and suitcase.

Illustrations
Illustration is designed with characters that have a clear style. Contrasting lines and colors make it look more fashionable.

Pop-up store: Design moodboard
This moodboard was created as a concept for the brand's pop-up store.
The first time you see it, it gives a fun feeling, representing being a brand that is with the new generation. Bold and Creative, diverse but perfect, emphasizing the key message of being a jeans brand that can "Fit" everyone.
