Redesign a Self-Service Check out experience for Homepro Customers. We aimed at providing a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience for customers.

Our goal was to minimize frustration by reducing the number of steps involved and speed up the entire checkout process.

With our intuitive interface and efficient payment system, customers can now complete their purchases quickly and conveniently, without the need for assistance from store personnel.

Problems with Current Experience are

Too many steps
When tapping on things screen changes but still not feeling progressing
Takes too long to navigate
No clear direction of what to do and where to do it
Feels slow
When tapping screen needs to be be really responsive

Self-Service is an alternative experience that suppose to offer a faster way for customer to check out on an expense that they will have to do everything themselves.

Therefore,
