Key responsibilities

สามารถวางแพลนการทดสอบระบบ software  ทั้งที่เป็นในรูปแบบ Web Application, Mobile Application
ออกแบบ Test Case, Test Scenario เพื่อจำลองเหตุการณ์ที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นตอนใช้โปรแกรมและ ตรวจเช็กแต่ละขั้นตอน และส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้า โดย Test Case จะต้องเข้าใจง่าย เพื่อให้ลูกค้าที่เป็น User สามารถอ่านได้อย่างเข้าใจและเข้าใช้งานได้โดยจัดทำผลการทดสอบระบบอย่างมีรูปแบบ
เขียน Test Script เพื่อใช้เป็นแผนในการเทสระบบ
เตรียมและติดตั้ง Test Environment, Test Scenario, Test Data เพื่อใช้ในการทดสอบระบบ
ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้อง และการใช้งานของ User Interface (UI)  *สรุปผลการเทสระบบ และส่งให้ developer หรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาต่อไป*
ระบุ คาดคะเนถึงปัญหาที่ผู้ใช้งานอาจพบเจอ และติดตามบัคที่เกิดขึ้นในระบบ ตลอดไปจนการทดสอบ
สามารถสื่อสารถึงปัญหาหรือ Case ต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้น กับdeveloper หรือตำแหน่งอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
สามารถติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้า เพื่อ present test case และผลการทดสอบ
ทดสอบระบบหน้างาน กับลูกค้าเป็นบางโอกาสได้ โดยตรวจสอบมาตรฐาน, คุณภาพของระบบ ให้มีความพร้อมสมบูรณ์สูงสุดก่อนนำส่งแก่ลูกค้า
ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของ solution ที่สถานที่จริงก่อนการส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า

Qualifications & experience

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software development management or a related field.
Be able to work productively in Hybrid work policy and ready to work in an office in essential situations.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
