Software Tester / Quality Assurance (QA)

Key responsibilities

Able to plan software testing activities for both Web Applications and Mobile Applications.
Design Test Cases and Test Scenarios to simulate potential user situations and verify each process step. Deliver these to clients in a clear and user-friendly format, ensuring that end users can easily understand and follow the tests. Summarize and present testing results in an organized manner.
Write Test Scripts as part of the testing plan.
Prepare and set up the Test Environment, Test Scenarios, and Test Data for testing purposes.
Review and verify the consistency and usability of the User Interface (UI).
Summarize and report testing results to developers or relevant stakeholders for issue resolution.
Identify and anticipate potential problems that users may encounter, and track bugs throughout the testing process.
Communicate issues or test cases clearly and effectively to developers and other relevant team members.
Liaise with clients to present Test Cases and Test Results.
Occasionally perform on-site system testing with clients to ensure that the system meets required standards and quality, making sure it is fully ready before delivery.
Perform a final quality check of the solution on-site prior to handover to the client.

Qualifications & experience

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software development management or a related field.
Be able to work productively in Hybrid work policy and ready to work in an office in essential situations.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
