Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders, teams, and clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and clients throughout project phases
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals within set timelines and budget constraints
Manage client expectations, ensuring alignment between project deliverables and client requirements
Prepare project status reports and presentations for internal and client meetings
Conduct post-project evaluations and gather feedback for continuous process improvement

About the Role:

The Project Manager at MoreStudio operates within a collaborative environment, steering a team composed of a Business Analyst (BA), designer, and developer. With each team member having specialized roles and leadership, the PM focuses on overseeing the project’s comprehensive scope and ensuring seamless client communication.
