What you’ll do

End-to-end design
From research and wireframes through high-fidelity UI and developer handoff. You own the full cycle.
Sprint-based with real clients
Work with Figma in a structured sprint cadence. Real deadlines, real feedback, real impact.
Design systems
Contribute to and maintain scalable systems — thinking in components, tokens, and patterns.
Explore and adapt
Stay adaptive as tools evolve. Exploring new approaches is part of the job, not a bonus.
Co-build, don’t just hand off
Collaborate directly with the lead designer and developers as a co-builder — not at the end of a handoff chain. You’re in the room where decisions happen.
What we’re looking for
Skills matter. But mindset matters more.
- 01 1–3 years of UX/UI design experience — agency or product
- 02 Strong Figma skills — you think in components and auto layout
- 03 Solid UX fundamentals: user flows, information architecture, usability
- 04 A portfolio that shows your thinking process, not just polished screens
- 05 Highly adaptive — you explore new tools, follow where design is heading, and don’t wait to be told what to learn
- 06 Curiosity about system-level thinking, AI-native UX, or how products behave beyond static screens
- 07 Good English communication — reading and writing
- 08 Comfortable working on-site with a small team in Bangkok
