Geese Account Deletion Request Form

1. Purpose

This form allows users to request the deletion of their Geese Artist Account and all associated data stored on the platform.
Once processed, your account and uploaded content will be permanently removed within 30 days.

2. Required Information

Please provide the following details to verify your request:

The name used in your Geese artist profile

Phone Number (used for login)

Required for account verification

Registered Email (optional)

For confirmation reply

Reason for Deletion (optional)

(e.g., no longer using, privacy concern, other)

3. Verification & Processing

  • You may be contacted via email or SMS to confirm your request.
  • Once verified, the deletion process will begin.
  • All profile data, videos, and related information will be deleted from Geese’s systems within 30 days.
  • After deletion, your account cannot be recovered.

5. Confirmation

After your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email or message that your account has been permanently deleted.
