Child Safety & Abuse Prevention Policy

Geese is committed to providing a safe environment for all users, including protection from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We comply with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and all relevant laws and regulations.

1. Age Scope & Access

• Geese is intended for adult musicians and venue users. We do not solicit or promote access by children under age of consent.

2. Prohibited Content & Behavior

• Any content that depicts minors in sexual or exploitative situations is strictly prohibited.
• Grooming behavior, sexual solicitation, or exploitation of minors will result in immediate removal and reporting to authorities.

3. Moderation & Enforcement

• All user-generated content (profiles, clips, messages) is subject to review and takedown if violating policy.
• Accounts violating CSAE rules will be permanently banned.
• We cooperate with law enforcement for reports involving minors.

4. Reporting Mechanism

• Users may report any suspicious content or behavior directly via geese.ari@gmail.com.
• Such reports are prioritized and reviewed immediately.

5. Data Handling for Unknown / Underage Users

• We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
• If there is credible suspicion of a user being underage, we reserve the right to suspend or delete the user account immediately.

6. Policy Updates & Compliance

• This policy is reviewed regularly and revised as necessary.
• Google Play may require us to self-certify compliance with Child Safety Standards for each app release.
